Entering: K to 8th grade- $25; 9th grade -$35; 10th grade- $65; 11th grade- $90; 12th grade- $140

By submitting this enrollment form, I am acknowledging a clear understanding of the following:

Testing for grades 3rd through 10th is mandatory, via the CLT Test administered by Olivet. Newly enrolled 11th and 12th graders are required to take the 10th grade CLT Test.
Newly enrolled 8th-12th graders are also required to take a writing test.
All updated health forms must be submitted to the office. Failure to submit these forms will affect student enrollment. If you are unsure about which forms are needed, contact your Family Advisor.

The school library is available to me and to my enrolled students.
